What do you like best about Serif?
The CRM context is the killer feature for a sales team. The brief that lands in my inbox 15 min before a call has the last touchpoint, the open opps, and the personal notes I have buried somewhere.
What do you dislike about Serif?
A few of my reps wanted Outlook from day one — they had to wait. Everyone else loved it immediately.
