What do you like best about Serif?
The priority detection is uncanny. After a week of training, Serif sorts my 400-message morning inbox better than I would myself. The pre-drafted replies sound like me, not like ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about Serif?
A small nit: calendar suggestions can be aggressive on busy weeks — easy enough to dial back the auto-scheduling sensitivity once you find the setting.
