What do you like best about Serif?
I run ~80 candidate threads at any time. Serif keeps every single one warm — surfaces the ones that have gone quiet before I lose the candidate.
What do you dislike about Serif?
Would love a per-thread "do not auto-draft" toggle for sensitive offer conversations.
What problems is Serif solving and how is that benefiting you?
Candidate ghosting from MY side — I would forget to follow up and lose great people. Has not happened since switching.
