Patient owners email constantly. Serif drafts the routine replies — appointment confirmations, vaccine reminders, post-visit follow-ups — pulled from each pet's chart.
What do you dislike about Serif?
We use a niche PIMS that does not have a native integration; works fine over IMAP.
