“Pricing is fair for what you get”
What do you like best about Serif?
Generous free tier. I started free, used it daily for two weeks, then upgraded — no regret. Cheaper than a part-time EA and works around the clock.
What do you dislike about Serif?
Team pricing requires a sales call. For solo operators it is fine but worth noting.
What problems is Serif solving and how is that benefiting you?
I cannot afford a human EA but I was spending 90 minutes a day on email. Serif is roughly the cost of a single hour of EA work per month — math is obvious.
