What do you like best about Serif?
HIPAA compliance was non-negotiable. Serif passed our security checklist on the first review. The triage of patient email is a meaningful workload reduction for the front desk.
What do you dislike about Serif?
Would love deeper EMR integrations — currently we still manually link patient context.
