What do you like best about Serif?
The combination of triage + meeting briefs + follow-up tracking is what makes this different from "AI email tools." It feels like one product, not three.
What do you dislike about Serif?
The onboarding asks for a lot of integrations at once. I would prefer a more gradual rollout but the value comes once everything is connected.
What problems is Serif solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was the bottleneck on dozens of partner conversations. Serif is now the difference between dropping the ball and not.
