What do you like best about Serif?
I used to spend 90 minutes a day in email. Now it is 15. The drafts for cross-team coordination are particularly good.
What do you dislike about Serif?
Wish it could autoreply on Github notifications — they still pile up.
What problems is Serif solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email overhead was preventing me from doing actual leadership work.
